This project explored how digital communication tools can better support people who stutter (PWS) by prioritizing emotional safety alongside performance metrics. Designed in collaboration with speech-language pathologists (SLPs) and PWS, the solution reframes fluency as a multidimensional, self-defined experience.

social isolation. The project focused on designing a service experience that prioritizes trust, dignity, and accessibility over speed or efficiency.
